motivation game to loose weight

I have made a game to make loosing weight fun.to keep you on your toes and bring sucess to help you reach your goal.materials a sheet of paper,and glue, colored markers piece of cardboard and a color pin to move your man.

draw squares as many you want i put 60. on paper in a line or a road or a maze design.  design you want,color each square a different color.put a start and finished on each end.put your pin at start and your ready ,you can make your own rulers ,i will give you some ideas.have fun.

1. skip warmer up- back 1 space

2.8 hr sleep- ahead 1 space

3.less than 8 hrs- back one space

4.excercise for eack kind like biking ,-ahead 1 space walking- add 1 space etc.

5.skip gym- back 2 spaces

6.good eating day- ahead 2 spaces

7.sweets after one- back 4spaces for each one

8.no veggies for day- back 5 spaces

9.no fruit- back 5 spaces

10.lack of 8 glasses water- back to start

11.over eat- back to start

12.excuse to not to  excercise- back 6 spaces

13.don’t do all excercise plan- stay

14.protein drink- ahead 2 spaces

15.1200 calories ahead -3 spaces

16.sick and workout- ahead 4spaces

17.loose weight- ahead 6 spaces.

18.maintain- ahead 2 spaces

19.gain weight- back 6 spaces.

20.no more than 1  beer ,wine etc -ahead 3 spaces.back 3 if you have more than one.

after you hit finish line keep going until end of week,keep track of squares see how many you do for week and try to keep breaking your record end of week start over.

9. its better to be muscular and weight more than being flabby and weighting less.so don’t seek number at scale look at composition of your body.

i have given up the number on scale,its slower than a turtle.i go by looks of slimness,i don’t look at it as a diet anymore,but healthy eating.a new lifestyle excercise is a healthy habit for me now.i have improve my health and no more pills,just 10% can sure make a difference.my energy levels has come up a lot.i still have 79 pounds to go but loving what i have complished.my phyical mobility as improved.my confidence is stronger,i have a good altitude about life.i can’t imagine yet being my goal weight,but thanks buddy for getting me this far.and i’m here for you too.

starting out

when i started in january 2007 i didn’t know it was going to be a long road to health.but what i see i have come a long ways and still have a way to go,now its a good habit of eating right and excerise.and i’m proud of my self.what i really want to say you girls that are heavy,it can be done,but it takes time and determination and eating right.if i can do it you can too and buddy slim pals is the best medicine you can ask for.

trying to be a better me.

i have been dieting for 2 years i have lost a total of 95pounds and 77 more to go.i find it its not an easy chore,the frustrations are there ,the plateaus are there.and the hope is there,you know you can’t quit there the health problems the depressions ,and the big clothes again.so you live by day by day and in time you will suceed and glad you did.beverlyso i,m going to keep going because this is the way for me.and hope its your way out too ,so lets all be winners.lets do it.

113383_2223a scale can put you down,and satatoga your results and get you to quit.but eyes,and pictures and smaller clothes sure tells the picture,so don’t chain the scale to you,and know what you do you will suceed and get your dream.as i say being fat is harder.

do not expect changes over night,accept small progress and giving up isn’t an option.

also mind changes comes before body changes.train your mind before you eat.before you know it you will be in control.

i have let go of perfection i look for results as they come,they sure come slow lol.

do not let the scale determine your selfworthy.don’t worry about the scales we are worth more than a number on the scale,the scale just frustrates you.

accept setbacks don’t allow then to define you,no matterof road blocks or twists or turns sure have a lot of them on this journey.

ditch the diet mentality,get a healthy life syle it will pay off down the road.let others help you ,and accept their support we all need it.

forgive yourself when you screw it only allows you to give up and loose sight of your goals.you want to be healthy ,actived and happy with yourself.

fine things to do to help you take eyes off scales and your weight.

accept where you are today no matter what the scales saids,or what size we are,as long as we have hope our dream will to life.
