I have made a game to make loosing weight fun.to keep you on your toes and bring sucess to help you reach your goal.materials a sheet of paper,and glue, colored markers piece of cardboard and a color pin to move your man.
draw squares as many you want i put 60. on paper in a line or a road or a maze design. design you want,color each square a different color.put a start and finished on each end.put your pin at start and your ready ,you can make your own rulers ,i will give you some ideas.have fun.
1. skip warmer up- back 1 space
2.8 hr sleep- ahead 1 space
3.less than 8 hrs- back one space
4.excercise for eack kind like biking ,-ahead 1 space walking- add 1 space etc.
5.skip gym- back 2 spaces
6.good eating day- ahead 2 spaces
7.sweets after one- back 4spaces for each one
8.no veggies for day- back 5 spaces
9.no fruit- back 5 spaces
10.lack of 8 glasses water- back to start
11.over eat- back to start
12.excuse to not to excercise- back 6 spaces
13.don’t do all excercise plan- stay
14.protein drink- ahead 2 spaces
15.1200 calories ahead -3 spaces
16.sick and workout- ahead 4spaces
17.loose weight- ahead 6 spaces.
18.maintain- ahead 2 spaces
19.gain weight- back 6 spaces.
20.no more than 1 beer ,wine etc -ahead 3 spaces.back 3 if you have more than one.
after you hit finish line keep going until end of week,keep track of squares see how many you do for week and try to keep breaking your record end of week start over.
